We're on an exciting journey as two leading radiology groups come together in a merger that will redefine how we deliver excellence in patient care and service. We're seeking a dynamic and proactive Administration Training & Development Coordinator to play a key role in this transformation.
About The Role
As the Administration Training & Development Coordinator, you'll support the integration of administrative teams across both merging businesses. You'll design and deliver training, streamline systems and workflows, and ensure administrative staff are confident, supported, and aligned with our shared values and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate training programs, workshops, and onboarding processes
* Maintain training schedules, records, and the learning management system (LMS)
* Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify training needs
* Support development and delivery of training content and documentation
* Monitor training outcomes and gather feedback to drive improvements
What You'll Bring
* Experience in training coordination, HR, or a similar administrative role
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and LMS platforms
* Qualification in HR, Education, or Business (advantageous, not essential)
* A positive, solutions-focused approach and a passion for learning
