Total Rewards Specialist Company: Boeing Australia Holdings Pty Ltd Boeing Australia is currently seeking to recruit a Total Rewards Specialist to be based in our Brisbane or Melbourne locations. This role will be responsible to develop, implement, maintain and administer compensation and benefits programs, policies, procedures, processes and systems as needed ensuring locally competitive programs that meet business objectives. This role primarily supports Australia and New Zealand with some support for countries in South East Asia, supporting the Total Rewards Leads for the respective locations. This position requires some domestic and international travel and regular participation in international calls/meetings which may occur outside of standard business hours.
