The Client
Our client is an ANZ-founded scale-up transforming how large project teams operate across the built environment.
Their technology improves the way contractors, developers and asset owners plan, deliver and monitor complex projects – helping teams work faster, safer and more transparently, without compromising on quality or environmental expectations.
With strong adoption across the ANZ region and a growing presence in international markets, the business is scaling its commercial team.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to be part of a mission-led, venture-backed company making a visible impact in a major industry.
The Opportunity
As an Account Executive, you will own a named portfolio of target accounts across the VIC region and play a key role in expanding the company's customer footprint.
You'll be responsible for both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts, working directly with senior stakeholders across construction, development and infrastructure.
This is a full-cycle sales role where you will identify opportunities, build relationships, manage multi-step sales processes, and close meaningful commercial deals.
The Duties
Proactively identify, engage and qualify new business opportunities across a defined target account list
Build relationships with decision-makers across contractors, developers and project-driven organisations
Grow existing accounts by identifying new projects, upsell pathways and long-term opportunities
Manage a structured mid-market to enterprise sales cycle from first meeting to signed agreement
Maintain strong pipeline discipline with accurate CRM hygiene, forecasting and activity tracking
Understand industry trends and challenges across the construction and built-environment sector
Attend industry events, site visits and networking opportunities to expand relationships
Represent the business professionally and articulate a clear ROI story to both operational and commercial stakeholders

The Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years in net-new logo acquisition SaaS sales
Success managing mid-market sales cycles
Experience selling multi-component solutions
Trained in sales frameworks such as BANT, MEDDICC, SPIN, etc.
Exposure to construction, infrastructure, industrial, mining etc.
Melbourne-based and able to travel for work
