What You'll Be Doing
* Manage a portfolio of 100 properties with strong internal support
* Deliver exceptional customer service to owners and tenants
* Communicate effectively with clients, including attending on‐site meetings if required
* Manage rental arrears and negotiate lease renewals
* Issue notices and breach communications as required
* Represent the agency in tribunal hearings when necessary
What You'll Bring
* 1–3 years' experience in property management
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Highly organized, proactive, and results‐focused
* Real Estate Certificate, reliable car and drivers license
