About the Role
Papa Rolly's is currently recruiting an experienced pizza chef and casual contract pizza team member to join the Papa Rolly's family. Italian candidates are preferred, but not required.
Duties
You'll work closely with our chefs to ensure smooth operations, collaborating with a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating all dine-in and takeaway orders, handling fast-paced restaurant operations, and prepping and creating delicious pizzas.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role
* Experience with woodfire ovens
* Minimum 6 months of woodfire oven cooking experience required
* Experience with high hydration pizza dough
* Full working rights in Australia
* A calm and professional approach to your work
* Strong communication skills
* Incredible attention to detail
* Staff and customer service focused
