About the Role
As a Construction Cadet, you will work closely with Site Managers and Foremen, gaining exposure across all stages of the construction process. This role is designed to develop your technical knowledge, site confidence, and leadership capability.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with day-to-day site coordination and operations
* Supporting subcontractor management and site logistics
* Learning to monitor project programmes, quality, and progress
* Assisting with WHS compliance and site safety processes
* Gaining exposure to project documentation and reporting
About You
We are looking for someone eager to learn and build a long-term career in construction.
You may come from:
* A Construction Management / Building degree, or
* A trade background looking to transition off the tools
You will also bring:
* A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Good communication and a team-first attitude
* A genuine interest in construction and site operations
