Job Description: As a Food Safety and Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our food safety and quality processes are world-class. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring the work of team members on the factory floor, conducting daily audits to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed, maintaining general plant standards through regular inspections and pre-operational checks, investigating non-conforming products, determining root causes and implementing effective solutions, keeping detailed records of all activities and preparing reports for management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of experience working in the food industry
* Strong knowledge of food safety principles, including HACCP
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to analyze problems and find practical solutions
* Strong work ethic, professionalism and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment
