As our practice continues to grow, we\'re seeking high‐calibre Assistant Managers through to Senior Managers to join our collaborative, high‐performing team on the beautiful Central Coast.

We\'re seeking Assistant Managers, Managers, and Senior Managers who are passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes, developing high‐performing teams, and shaping the future of their careers within a leading professional services firm.
What you\'ll do:
* Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of business clients across accounting and tax
* Act as a trusted advisor, building long‐term client relationships and delivering strategic insights
* Review complex financial statements, tax returns, and advisory work
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
* Contribute to workflow management, quality outcomes, and team performance
* Support business development initiatives and identify growth opportunities
* Play an active role in shaping team culture and the continued success of the Gosford office
About you:
* CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent)
* Proven experience at Assistant Manager, Manager, or Senior Manager level within public practice
* Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
* Confidence in managing client relationships and leading conversations
* A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing others
* A proactive mindset and desire to grow with the firm
