Optimize Fleet Performance Specialist
Maximize return on investment for customers by providing expert technical support, equipment optimization advice and analyzing fleet performance data to drive improvements in overall asset efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strong customer relationships with allocated sites
* Utilize fleet performance data to proactively improve asset efficiency
* Conduct wear management inspections to identify areas for improvement
* Generate regular reports as required
* Work with customers to resolve unplanned downtime and ensure timely resolution
* Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to the relevant team member
* Monitor and review maintenance and operational practices that impact machine performance and make recommendations for improvement to optimize total cost of ownership (TCO)
