Relationship Manager LHH CTM - SME (Melbourne/Sydney)

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our thriving Sales team in Australia!

Your primary responsibility will be to profitably build revenues within your assigned sales territory for Career Transition and Mobility Solutions. You will achieve this by focusing on both new business development and expanding current SME client relationships.

Responsibilities

* Drive revenue by prospecting and generating pipeline within the SME segment, identifying and engaging target accounts through structured outreach campaigns and managing high lead volumes with Salesforce.
* Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene by prioritizing qualified opportunities, applying follow-up cadences, and automating repetitive tasks to preserve selling time.
* Conduct detailed scoping and brief-taking to understand client needs and tailor solutions to SME pain points, articulating clear value propositions.
* Execute high-velocity outreach using rapid call/email sequences, social selling, automation for scheduling and reminders.
* Prepare concise, compelling CTM presentations and proposals, employ decisive closing techniques to shorten sales cycles.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing on targeted campaigns and with Subject Matter Experts to ensure a total solutions approach.
* Provide regular updates to the Sales Director Australia & New Zealand on sales activity, pipeline progress, and performance metrics.
* Coordinate with Operations, Delivery, and Customer Success teams on client projects, and with Finance on receivables.

Additional Planning & Execution

In this role you can expect to:

* Develop overall sales strategy for assigned new business prospects and revenue growth in current clients, including analysis of local market opportunity and LHH market share.
* Work closely with Practice Leads to determine total revenue strategy and conduct research on competitive data and market trends.
* Proactively manage your sales pipeline fully utilizing Salesforce, maintaining rigorous hygiene and automating repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

* Successful track record in business-to-business solution selling.
* Proven consultative sales success and superior strategic prospecting skills.
* Strong customer and results orientation, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities independently.
* Demonstrated capability to collaborate with subject matter experts and executives to propose high-value solutions.
* Experience using sales technology, including Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Preferably holds a tertiary qualification in Business, Economics or Human Resources.
