* Management of software, user accounts, and access permissions ensuring systems are secure and up to date.
* Technical support provision to users on ICT-related issues resolving technical problems and escalating complex issues when necessary.
* Implementation and maintenance of security protocols and procedures to protect data and systems from cyber threats.
