About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our operation in QLD.
* This is a site-based role for an experienced planner ready to make an immediate impact over a 3-month contract.
As a Maintenance Planner, you'll be responsible for levelling and scheduling all planned shutdown work orders across CHPP and fixed plant.
You'll need strong SAP skills, particularly in work management and master data, and a proven ability to manage complex shutdown windows with precision.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Review and level all open shutdown work orders in SAP.
2. Create short- and mid-range schedules for CHPP and fixed plant assets.
3. Coordinate labour, materials, and contractor availability for upcoming shuts.
4. Use SAP to validate and clean master data for future planning accuracy.
5. Work closely with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams.
6. Track execution progress and adjust scheduling based on site readiness.
7. Identify gaps and suggest improvements in job planning and scoping.
