Key Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day activities with a focus on delivering exceptional results
* Develop and implement strategies to support educational objectives
* Recruit, train, and manage teaching staff for optimal performance
* Evaluate compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards in early childhood education
* Nurture positive relationships with families, the local community, and key stakeholders
* Manage centre finances and financial reporting accurately
* Continuously evaluate and improve service quality
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a Diploma qualification
* Significant experience in a management role within the child care sector
* In-depth understanding of the National Quality Framework and best practices in early childhood education
* Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills
* Strong organisational and financial management capabilities
