We seek a highly skilled Administration and Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices with speed and accuracy
- Manage customer payments and reconcile accounts efficiently
- Establish new customer accounts, verifying trade references as needed
- Follow up on overdue accounts, providing timely updates (debt collection)
- Respond to inquiries, maintaining exceptional customer service standards at all times
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, ordering stationery, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate records
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service
- Proficiency in data entry, with the ability to learn technology quickly (NetSuite and Xero experience advantageous)
