About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to settlement while delivering a seamless and supportive experience for our clients, including key relationships with project builders. You will be supported in your role by industry leading Development, Marketing and Sales Administration teams.
What You’ll Bring
- A proven track record in residential land or new home sales
- Strong relationships with project builders and a reputation for collaboration
- A deep understanding of the residential building industry
- Confidence using CRM systems and leveraging social media to build your network and drive results
- A current driver’s licence and flexibility to work weekends and some public holidays
