We're looking for a Key Account Administrator to join our dynamic team in the Ground Support Equipment field while working closely with the aviation industry.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, values operational excellence, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to our airline and ground handling partners.
Snapshot Of What You Will Be Doing
Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly reports to provide operational insights
Participate in operational meetings, capturing clear meeting minutes and action items
Create presentations and supporting materials for client meetings
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate closely with the wider team
Manage administrative tasks related to the customer portal, ensuring information is up to date and accessible
Assist in creating, updating and distributing marketing materials
Provide proactive administrative support to the commercial team, including stakeholder follow-ups and coordination activities
Who We're Looking For
Proven experience in administration, preferably within aviation, transport, maintenance or technical service environments
Strong communication and administrative skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with all levels from technicians to corporate executives
Ability to analyse data to create monthly and quarterly reports
High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and comfort working with digital platforms (Microsoft Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, CRM, FSM, Canva, SAP etc.)
A problem-solver who can think on their feet, take initiative and maintain calm under pressure
