We are seeking an experienced business development manager to drive corporate, MICE, wholesales and inbound business growth.
What you will be doing:
* Drive business growth and make a commercial impact
* Secure new group, event and room night business across segments
* Position the resort as a compelling destination for business and leisure
* Lead presentations, contract negotiations and rate strategy
* Maximise yield and long-term account profitability
* Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless guest delivery
* Deliver strategic reporting aligned to revenue and target performance
* Represent the resort at industry events and trade shows
What you bring to the role:
* Proven BDM or senior sales experience within hospitality
* Strong corporate and MICE networks with demonstrated conversion success
* Commercial expertise across yield, contracting and revenue performance
* Ability to generate new business and grow high-value accounts
* Strategic thinking with confident negotiation skills
* Experience with PMS and sales management systems
* Leadership presence that supports collaboration and accountability
* Genuine appreciation for experience-led, destination-driven travel
