Deliverables
* Develop and implement full-funnel paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive ticket sales.
* Manage and optimize budgets throughout the event lifecycle to achieve high ROAS and low CPA.
* Set up and maintain conversion tracking with platforms such as Eventbrite or Ticketmaster.
* Provide real-time pacing updates and actionable insights to support attendance targets.
* Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and creative assets with campaign objectives.
Requirements
* Proven experience running paid advertising campaigns for live events, festivals, or tours.
* Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; familiarity with TikTok Ads is a plus.
* Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics tools.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills.
* Fully remote; must be available to work within tight timelines and deliver under pressure.
