Receptionist – Armidale Podiatry
We are an established podiatry clinic with a small (but mighty) team, dedicated to providing high-quality podiatry care to the Armidale community. We value work–life balance and like to have a good time while making a positive difference in our patients' foot health.
We're looking for a friendly face to join our administration team 2–3 days per week, 8:00am – 5:15pm. You may be asked to cover for other reception staff from time to time.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Opening and closing the clinic
* Greeting patients and making them feel welcome
* Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
* Managing appointments and the daily schedule
* Taking payments via HICAPS and processing Medicare rebates
* General cleaning duties to keep the clinic tidy and presentable
* Assisting with the sterilisation of instruments
About you:
* Previous administration or reception experience is desirable
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident using computers and able to multi-task in a busy environment
* Warm, approachable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
* Enjoys being part of a small, supportive team
