Cleared Recruitment is supporting a Canberra-based consultancy operating within the Intelligence community to engage an experienced Change & Training Lead to support a large-scale Cloud transformation program.
RoleSupport the customer owner of the People stream for a major Cloud program.Deliver a range of change and training activities, including contributing to strategic communications and developing ongoing training delivery.Work closely with Cloud migration and platform teams to identify user training needs and develop tailored training content.Support adoption and uplift across business and technical user groups throughout the Cloud journey.
Skills & Experience5+ years’ experience delivering change management and training for large-scale enterprise technology projects.Exposure to hyperscale Cloud environments such as AWS and/or Azure (highly regarded).Strong experience working within the Australian Public Sector, ideally across Defence or Intelligence environments.Ability to operate in complex, secure, and highly regulated environments.Active NV1 clearance is mandatory; TSPV is strongly preferred.
