- Planning operational growth and sales targets for the business in Australia
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully recruiting and managing the sales team
**Responsibilities**
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Plan policy, and set standards and objectives for organisation
- Manage liaison between Admin, Sales and wider teams of the company
- Oversee day-to-day operations at a senior level
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures it strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Liaise with HR for managing employees' performance and develop training programmes
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Deliver training sessions to sales executives
- Continuously improve processes with a goal to heightened efficiency and automation
- Understand and demonstrate the art of whiskey tasting and showcase to clients
- Manage CRM and ensure each department utilises it with a strong attention to detail
- Prepare reports, budgets and forecasts, and present them to governing bodies
- Provide day-to-day direction and management of organisations, and direct and endorse policy to fulfil objectives, achieve specific goals, and maximise profit and efficiency
**Requirements and skills**
- BSC degree
- At least 4 years previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
**Salary**: $180,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
