The role involves working on a 2/1 roster (day and night shift rotation) with flights available from Perth and Busselton.
About the Role
We are seeking professional Operators who bring the right skills, experience and attitude to thrive in our team. Key requirements include:
* A current Australian Licence
* Machinery tickets
* Proven experience operating watercarts/graders/loaders/rockbreakers
* Previous exposure to mining, heavy haulage or similar large-scale environments
* A strong focus on safety, reliability and quality of work
* Good communication skills with ability to work well in a team
* Effective time management and organisational skills
