The Role:
We're looking for a committed and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our retail family at Cairns Airport in a Part-Time capacity. If you love connecting with people, creating memorable customer experiences, and inspiring others – this is your moment.
* 32 hours on offer, flexibility is key Early mornings and late nights as it is a Duty Free environment.
What You'll Do:
Deliver standout customer experiences – lead by example
Guide and support your team to meet service and sales targets
Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards
Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team
Bring accountability, reliability, and positivity to every shift
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a team leadership role within a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting
Confident communicator and motivator
A passion for customer service and making people feel welcome
Ability to stay organised, focused, and cool under pressure
A respectful and team-oriented attitude
* Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
