Our client based in the South-East are looking for a Department Manager to oversee the day to day operations of their Property Management team - this role would suit a Senior or Team Leader looking to take that next step in their career! Note we also have 2 Property Management roles available - see below details; Department Manager; Oversee daily operations across Property Managers, Leasing Consultants, and administrative support staff Monitor and drive performance across key operational KPIs Manage workflow allocation, team capacity, and task completion Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improved systems and processes Act as the primary escalation point for operational matters Prepare and deliver regular reporting, insights, and performance updates to the Head of Department Salary up to $100KSuper (Depending on your experience) Working closely/reporting to the Head of Department, you’ll play a key role in driving workflow, monitoring team performance, and creating streamlined systems that support both staff success and exceptional client service.
