The role of a Senior Pharmacy Technician involves coordinating the delivery of quality medicines procurement, distribution and inventory management services by pharmacy support staff for the region. This position requires a thorough understanding of State legislation and Health Service policies relating to medicines procurement and supply and how these impact the delivery of regional pharmacy services.
Key responsibilities include managing regional teaching, training, credentialing and rostering of pharmacy support staff. The successful candidate will also liaise with inter-regional senior technicians (where available) and central pharmacy staff to standardize and optimize medicines procurement and supply across WACHS.

This is a Permanent, Fixed Term or Casual appointment at various hours per fortnight, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
