About the Role
We're on the lookout for a motivated and detail‐oriented Sales Support Officer to join our team in Dandenong. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role supporting both our Sales and Operations teams while delivering an exceptional experience to our customers.
You'll be the vital link between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments — ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, love solving problems, and enjoy building strong relationships, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering outstanding customer service across phone (Zendesk), email, and digital platforms
* Handling product and billing enquiries, resolving issues, and managing follow‐ups with confidence
* Building strong, lasting relationships with customers and internal teams
* Supporting sales growth through product promotions, offers, and cross‐selling opportunities
* Working closely with Sales, Merchandising, Product, and Operations teams
* Assisting with our online ordering platform (PRONTO), including templates and campaigns
* Keeping customer records and sales administration accurate and up to date
What We're Looking For

* A natural problem solver who can manage enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
* Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
* Someone who enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment
* The ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‐paced setting
* Previous experience in customer service or sales support (highly regarded)
* Experience with ordering systems or CRM platforms (a bonus!)
