Key Responsibilities
* Manage and administer construction and project contracts
* Support procurement strategies and subcontractor engagement
* Lead or assist with commercial negotiations and variations
* Monitor cost, risk, and contractual performance
* Ensure compliance with contractual frameworks and project governance
* Work closely with project delivery teams to achieve commercial outcomes
Requirements
* Experience in civil, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects
* Strong understanding of Australian construction contracts such as AS, NEC, PPP or alliancing models
* Commercially astute with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-disciplinary environments
* A collaborative mindset focused on long-term value and project success
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in one of the following is preferred:
* Engineering
* Construction Management
* Quantity Surveying
* Law
* Commerce or Commercial Management
