About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the overall operations of our retail business.
* Providing a friendly and professional greeting to customers.
* Accurately processing customer transactions, including cash handling and card payments.
* Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the retail site.
* Restocking and replenishing retail products as required.
* Adhering to food safety standards when preparing, cooking, displaying and disposing of hot/cold food.
* Assisting with inventory management and stock control.
* Answering customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
