The aim is consistent, digitally enabled care at scale across Australia, replacing fragmented legacy processes with a unified, future‑ready foundation. The Digital Program Director is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of Silverchain's enterprise-wide digital transformation program. This role is accountable for strategic program leadership, program governance, stakeholder engagement, vendor management and the implementation, optimisation and adoption of core enterprise technology platforms. Key responsibilities The major accountabilities of this position are: Plan, design, and execute the Digital Program to support high-quality home care, aligning digital transformation with organisational strategy and maintaining strong governance. Oversee implementation of digital applications such as CRM, rostering, electronic care records, and mobile platforms tailored to home care, ensuring integration and interoperability with clinical systems. Stakeholder engagement with internal and external parties including management, care teams, IT staff, vendors, and regulators to ensure collaboration and program alignment. Build and manage a high-performing, cross-functional team of staff, contractors, and vendors, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Leading organisational efforts to adopt recent digital tools with minimal disruption, collaborating on staff training, and promoting a culture of continuous learning. Manage a multi-year program budget with financial discipline, aligning resources with goals, identifying cost savings, and ensuring compliance with policies. About you Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading large, complex digital program implementations, with at least 5 years in the health and/or aged care sectors. Proven experience in the deployment and management of digital platforms within home health or aged care services. Strong knowledge of Australian health and aged care legislation and relevant data privacy and security regulations. Experience working in a not-for-profit healthcare or aged care organisation is highly desirable. Competitive salary + Super + the ability to salary package up to
