About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties and deliver a high standard of service to both landlords and tenants. You’ll play a key role in lease management, tenant relations, maintenance coordination and compliance—maximising asset value while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage a residential property portfolio. Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants through clear, timely communication. Handle tenant complaints and conflict resolution. Coordinate maintenance and repairs, including warranty work, ensuring high-quality and timely completion. Oversee financial reporting to owners. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with tenancy legislation and ARG policies. Support new build handovers. About You To excel in this role, you have: Cert IV in Real Estate Practice or equivalent Current Driver’s Licence Strong understanding of tenancy legislation and residential property management Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution ability Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Strong time management and ability to work independently and collaboratively Ability to interpret financial data relating to rental income and expenses Experience with PropertyMe is highly regarded Why Join ARG Property Management?
