Bridal Jewellery Consultant (Casual) — Armadale, Melbourne
We're looking for warm, motivated and detail-oriented Bridal Jewellery Consultants to join our team on a casual basis.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in creating unforgettable moments for couples as they embark on the journey of discovering their dream rings.
You'll be responsible for conducting intimate by‐appointment‐only consultations where clients can explore our collection, understand our process and begin the journey to co‐creating their forever rings.
We're looking for motivated individuals with previous retail experience who can help uphold the personal in‐store experience that defines our brand.
About the Role
This is a casual, in‐showroom role based in Armadale, Melbourne. Hours typically range between 10 to 15 hours per week, with availability on Fridays and Saturdays essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a warm, professional and personalised experience during each consultation
* Provide thoughtful support to clients throughout their ring journey
* Work towards sales conversions while supporting follow‐up communication
* Maintain showroom presentation and assist with visual merchandising
* Support the management team with daily operations and appointment coordination
* Respond to client enquiries in person, by phone and via email with care and attention to detail
About You
* Previous retail or sales experience (luxury or jewellery experience advantageous but not essential)
* A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Confident working both independently and within a small team
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Calm, composed and professional under pressure
* Passionate about creating meaningful client experiences
* A genuine interest in bridal jewellery, design and craftsmanship
