We're seeking a Maintenance Leader ready to take ownership of our maintenance program, lead a skilled team, and drive reliability, performance, and safety across our operations.
The Opportunity
As our Maintenance Leader, you'll take the reins of maintenance planning and execution across our Dubbo site. You'll partner with production teams, develop preventive and corrective schedules, and keep our plant running efficiently and safely. It's a leadership role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, strategic, and part of a values-driven team.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead, mentor and develop a skilled maintenance team.
Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective and shutdown maintenance.
Manage Preventive Maintenance (PM) and CMMS systems (MEX preferred).
Liaise with production leaders to minimise downtime and maximise uptime.
Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and safety requirements.
Drive innovation and reliability improvements across the plant.
About You
Experience in maintenance planning/scheduling in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Demonstrated leadership ability — coaching, guiding and motivating others.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
High attention to detail, with urgency and accountability.
CMMS (preferably MEX) and MS Office skills.
Trade or tertiary qualifications in engineering, maintenance or similar.
Food or FMCG experience (preferred but not essential).
