As the Onsite Consultant, you\'ll be the key liaison between our valued client and APS, ensuring smooth operations and delivering workforce excellence. You\'ll lead a dynamic team, manage a large casual workforce, and play a crucial role in meeting operational targets and service expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations at our Edinburgh Parks site.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of casual employees.
Execute effective workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies.
Build strong, professional relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
Monitor performance, attendance, compliance, and safety standards.
Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting with data-driven insights.
Ensure KPIs and client expectations are consistently achieved.
Report directly to the State Manager.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Onsite Consultant or similar workforce leadership role.
Background in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a solutions-focused approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Solid experience using Excel and Office 365 tools daily.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, safety, and compliance practices.
