This isn’t a desk-based leadership role—it’s hands-on, on-the-ground, and in-store. You’ll be shoulder-to-shoulder with your teams, coaching, supporting, and even jumping in to complete repairs when needed. Leading from the front isn’t just encouraged—it’s expected. Chermside, Capalaba, Carindale, Indooroopilly, North Lakes, Morayfield, Sunshine Plaza & Kawana

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

* Coaching Store Leaders / Muli-Site Managers to own their results, lead their people, and grow their stores
* Embedding strong team rhythms and holding others accountable through in-store presence
* Lifting team performance through Success Development Plans (SDPs) and goal clarity
* Activating Local Area Marketing (LAM) to connect with communities and drive foot traffic
* Upholding compliance, visual standards, and operational excellence across all sites
