**The Role**

Due to the rapid growth of our company and one of our busiest periods, we are looking for motivated and experienced, **full time, Audio Visual Installation Technician **that will to the Senior Site Foreman with all facets of project delivery with particular emphasis on the oversight, mentoring and management of all Audio-Visual Technicians.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical oversight of a project from conception through installation and completion.
- Identify and address technical or logístical impediments to delivering scope of work.
- Identify special requirements for project, including but not limited to: test equipment, specialised tools, rigging support, custom mounting hardware.
- Provide technical oversight on commissioning of systems both in-house and on-site.
- Test integrated systems and perform troubleshooting when needed.
- Coordinate with Project Manager and Site Manager to assist with securing the necessary hardware for installation.
- Provide Project Manager documented test results from system testing and commissioning.
- Ability to travel to various job sites required.
- Completes all required project paperwork accurately and on time (specifically timesheets, material transfers, work orders, reports and others as required); ensure all Job Closing Packages meet customer and Company standards.
- Performs quality checks; conducts job walks to ensure quality; prepares marked up, as-built drawings.
- Serves as a customer contact for questions and/or concerns; attends facility and construction meetings when required.
- Develops, redesigns and implements process improvements as required to bring processes up to effective levels.
- In concert with the Management Team, monitors all quality and safety issues related to the Operations Team.
- Actively promote safety as our priority.
- Acts as the Company liaison for operational interface with customer representative(s).
- Plans for, manages, monitors and maintains project profitability to achieve Company goals.
- Completes other responsibilities as assigned.

**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience and training with Crestron, QSC, Extron is highly regarded
- At least 2 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of success as a General Foreman or similar role
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of skilled workers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organised, enthusiastic, and motivated.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a white card
- Must be an Australian citizen
- Hold a valid NSW driver's license
- Experience in large scale projects where you may have had to see the project through from start to completion.
- Experience managing and supervising onsite crews and subcontractors.
- A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and requirements

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
