Role Overview
Our occupational therapy team supports the development and participation of infants, preschoolers, and school-aged children in everyday activities.
* Assess and provide therapy to address developmental challenges impacting daily routines for children with various abilities.
* Offer assistance with fine and gross motor delays, emotional regulation, social participation challenges, and difficulties with self-care tasks such as dressing, feeding, and toileting.
* Help children with autism spectrum disorder and sensory processing difficulties achieve their goals through family-centred, evidence-based approaches.
Required Skills
* Occupational Therapy degree and registration with AHPRA.
* Western Australian Working with Children Check and WA Department of Education provider screening.
* Eligibility for Medicare provider number.
* Valid C-class driving license.
