**Employment Type: T**emporary Full Time (up to 12 months)
**Position Classification**:Health Manager Level 1
**Remuneration**: $84,436 - $112,331 per annum
**Hours Per Week**:38
**Location**:Westmead Hospital

**What you'll be doing**
- Prepare agendas, minutes, correspondence, and manage meeting processes for HREC and committees
- Maintain research databases, records, and online systems (REGIS)
- Ensure compliance with ethical, legislative, and institutional research requirements
- Contribute to policy development, training, and education activities for research staff and committee members

**How to Apply**

**Selection Criteria**:

- Extensive experience as an executive assistant/personal assistant with proven strong administrative and time management skills.
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills (including negotiation, minute taking, report writing, and composition of correspondence).
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated learning agility and analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working. relationships including those with senior management and other key internal and external stakeholders.
