Key Responsibilities
* Analyse project specifications, drawings, and documentation to identify required materials, labour, and subcontractor costs.
* Prepare detailed cost estimates that align with our pricing strategies and profit margins.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure feasibility and cost-efficiency.
Confident negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors, along with the ability to identify creative solutions to client requirements, are expected.
