Regional Skills Training (RST) is looking for a student service officer (SSO) to join our team and support our students.
This position can be based at our Adelaide office at Beverley or our Arthurton office on the Yorke Peninsula. As a dedicated student services officer you will play a key part in supporting students to complete their qualifications.

RST is a South Australian based registered training organisation delivering quality vocational training in the agricultural sector for over 20 years.
Our programs deliver training to school-based trainees as well as adult learners wishing to expand their skills and knowledge.
About the role
RST's SSOs are patient, supportive and like systems and organisation. They have a passion for supporting students to be their best to complete their course. This includes communicating with students, employers and school staff either face to face at workshops or via teams, phone and email.
Key Responsibilities of the Role
* Enrolment of students including calls with students and completing documentation
* Orientating new students and employers to RST
* Monitoring student progress and providing support and assistance to students
* Organising face to face training workshops
* Attending hands-on workshops to support our trainers and students
* Maintaining student records and completion documentation
Essential Requirements:
* Hold or willing to obtain a current Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
* Effective customer service skills, including handling enquiries tactfully and responsibly
* Keen literacy, time management and interpersonal skills
* Excellent computer skills and a very high attention to detail & accuracy
* Agriculture experience is not essential but an advantage
