The role involves case management, operational planning, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure effective security responses.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct security risk assessments and develop action plans.Manage security cases, including delivery, progression, and supervision.Collaborate with security analysts and operational teams to align intelligence assessments with response plans.Provide training and support to Security Specialists.Maintain knowledge of political and security landscapes.Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.Essential Qualifications and SkillsMinimum 10 years of experience in security assistance or operations, including deployment in challenging environments.At least 5 years of supervisory experience.Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with senior management.Experience working across cultures and in complex, hostile environments.Travel experience and flexibility for rotations and urgent deployments.Qualifications in security studies, international relations, or related fields; professional accreditation is advantageous.Additional InformationThis is a full-time, mid-senior level role based in Sydney, with requirements for 13-hour shifts, rotating roster, and occasional travel.
