About the position:
This position is for an experienced full-time sales consultant with a proven track record. You will be required to generate business and manage sales in a dedicated area.
Specific duties:
- Lead generating
- Phone/ Door knocking prospecting
- Manage and negotiate the sales process
- Conducting open homes, property inspections, and market reviews
- Buyer inquiry and negotiation
Must have’s:
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Assistant Agent Certificate or Real Estate Licence Class 1 or 2 (Current)
- Sales experience
- Computer literate
