Job Title: Delivery Service Provider
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Trade Counter team as a Delivery Service Provider. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for making deliveries to customers using company vehicles, ensuring products are safely transported and delivered on time.
* They will also provide product information and quotes to customers, both in person and over the phone, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
* In addition, they will undertake tasks such as pick packing, stock control, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* A valid driver's licence and a strong understanding of basic computer skills.
* An ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to scheduling and shift work.
