the RoleAre you ready to do more than just

looking for a confident and resilient People and Culture Business
Partner – someone who can build trust with leaders, influence
decisions, and deliver pragmatic, people-first solutions. This
isn't a "back office" role; you'll be out
in the business, helping leaders navigate change, mitigate risk,
and drive engagement.

About
you

* A track
record of partnering with leaders to solve complex people
challenges.
* Strong
ER/IR knowledge and confidence with investigations, disputes,
and compliance.
* Experience driving
organisational change and embedding cultural
initiatives.
* Strategic thinking with
the ability to coach, challenge, and influence.
* HR
qualification or equivalent experience, and a love for getting
things done.
