Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Audit Specialist to conduct internal audits across projects, teams and supply chain partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement an annual audit plan covering construction activity, subcontractors & internal functions
* Review subcontractor documentation, ITPs and installation compliance to ensure adherence to quality standards
* Perform surveillance on high-risk construction activities and First-of-Kind installations to minimize risks
* Identify Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), investigate root causes and monitor close-out for timely resolution
* Verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions taken by project teams
* Maintain accurate quality records in our QMS platforms to ensure data integrity
* Produce comprehensive audit reports, insights and monthly quality performance summaries to inform business decisions
* Support external certification and surveillance audits to maintain our reputation
* Provide training, coaching and guidance to project teams and trade partners to enhance their skills
* Contribute to business-wide continuous improvement initiatives to drive growth and success
