What You’ll Be Doing:
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships, delivering recruitment solutions tailored to client needs.
* Contract Recruitment Expertise: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle—sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier talent in contract roles.
* Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, offering strategic insights to clients and candidates.
* Business Development: Proactively seek new business opportunities and grow NES Fircroft’s footprint in your sector.
* Candidate Management: Engage high-quality candidates and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
* Mentorship: Support junior team members by sharing your knowledge and helping them grow.
What We’re Looking For:
* Agency Contract Recruitment Experience
* Sector Knowledge: Proven experience in Mining or Power & Energy Generation
* Relationship Builder: Strong client engagement and solutions-focused mindset
* Self-Starter: Motivated, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborative: A true team player who contributes to collective success
* Strong Communicator: Confident interacting with stakeholders at all levels
