About the Role
We are seeking an experienced TechnicalSupport Specialist to join our Service Centre team. You will be the go‐to person for resolving Level 1 and 2 managed services issues including but not limited to: Windows server, 3rd Party Application, user Endpoint and general administrator support. Your role involves responding to technical assistance requests via phone, email, or service management tools.
This position requires participation in a 24x7 roster, Monday to Sunday.
This position requires Australian citizenship.

What You Will Do Here
* Be the first point of contact: Provide effective first and limited second level IT support to our clients.
* Resolve technical issues: Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve technical incidents and requests.
* Manage incidents: Log, manage, and process incidents and emails through ServiceNow.
* Install and configure: Software and hardware installations and configurations.
* Contribute to processes: Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures.
* Project work: Participate in various projects and tasks as needed.
Who You Are
* Minimum 3 years hands on IT support experience in a corporate environment.
* Sydney based and available for rostered on site work when required.
* ServiceNow experience - incident, request, tasks, and CMDB familiarity is a bonus.
* Microsoft Fundamentals certification (AZ 900, MS 900, or equivalent) - must already have it or be able to prove pass.
* Azure fundamentals exposure - understands resource groups, VMs, identity, and basic cloud concepts.
* Networking basics DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and routing fundamentals; must be able to troubleshoot basic networking issues.
* Microsoft 365 admin experience - user provisioning, Outlook issues, MFA setup, licensing.
* Windows 10 and 11 support mastery - profiles, policy impacts, device troubleshooting.
* Active Directory competency - accounts, groups, password resets, permissions, GPO impacts.
* Endpoint management exposure - Intune or similar (does not need to be a guru, must have basic Azure portal navigation and troubleshooting skills).
* Customer focused: Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
* Problem solver: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
* ITIL knowledge is a plus.
* Clear and eligible: No criminal record and unrestricted permanent working rights in Australia.
