We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Learning Administrator. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Kwinana. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our contractor workforce and supplier administrators, ensuring effective contractor mobilization and continuous business operation.
As a Learning Administrator, you will administer supplier and contractor access and learning activities in our Learning Management System (LMS), delivering exceptional customer service across tasks such as onboarding/offboarding contractors, assigning inductions and learning, validating licenses, tickets, and qualifications, and supporting supplier administrators to confidently use our system and processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer contractor and supplier learning logistics, including onboarding, inductions, enrolments, and record keeping.
* Provide guidance and support to supplier administrators and internal stakeholders.
* Maintain compliance by validating licenses, tickets, and qualifications.
* Liaise with site access and procurement teams to support contractor mobilization and shutdown planning.
* Assist occasionally with general learning administration across learning services, including enrolments, evaluations, invoice reconciliation, and customer service.
