If you're an experienced Leasing Consultant or Assistant Property Manager ready to take the next step, or a Property Manager looking to work on some of Sydney's most prestigious developments, this role is the opportunity you've been waiting for.
Based at our beautiful King Street Wharf office, with on-site parking provided, you'll join a supportive team that genuinely values collaboration, clients, and community.
What you'll be doing:
* Hosting and running open homes
* Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance
* Conducting inspections
* Managing day-to-day admin with efficiency
What you'll bring:
* Passion for real estate and thriving in a fast-paced environment
* Sharp communication and problem-solving skills
* Previous Property Management experience
* A current driver's licence, reliable car, and Certificate of Registration / Licence
