The Opportunity An exciting opportunity awaits you as a Procurement & Contracts Lead at a reputable NFP organisation dedicated to community care. In this role, you'll play a key part in strategically managing procurement, tenders and contracts within categories related to various goods and services. Key Responsibilities Manage contract development and implementation across various categories Oversee the entire tender process, ensuring adherence to approvals and timelines Lead and coordinate sourcing activities to establish supply arrangements that fulfil business requirements Develop strategies to address contractual issues and variations, consulting with stakeholders on legal, compliance, and insurance matters Conduct reviews to ensure contractual obligations are met, providing advice to resolve issues Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes, systems, tools, and templates to streamline operations and achieve cost savings Selection Criteria Tertiary qualification or extensive experience in category and contract management, business, or Procurement (CIPS) qualifications preferred High initiative, self-starter with strong planning, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills Experience managing complex property service contracts and large multi-site operations is advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective influence, negotiation, change implementation, and stakeholder engagement Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with teams and corporate stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint How to Apply To apply for this opportunity, please submit your CV via the link or call Randstad's Procurement specialists, Bridie Taglienti and Rachel Homer on 0409 238 997.
