We give you a world of potential. We have four exciting opportunities for Service Delivery Consultants: Three Full time and one fixed term contract for 12 months to join our Client Service team. Computershare Communication Services (CCS) is a division of Computershare and a global provider of integrated communications solutions. Through innovations in communications, we help companies better connect with their customers and stakeholders through print, digital and mobile delivery channels.
A role you will love. The successful candidate’s primary role would be to project manage the client’s digital and print communication needs to their customers. The Client Services team is committed to delivering a service that provides recognised and sustained value, provides service excellence and positions CCS as the partner of choice for our clients.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinate and manage client-requested jobs from initiation stage to completion to deliver outcomes for our customers.
2. Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely, high quality communication outcomes.
3. Delivering quality service to our clients, whilst successfully meeting agreed KPIs and performance metrics.
What will you bring to the role? You are proactive and thrive in both individual and team environments. You will have:
1. Proven Project Co-ordination or Project Management experience.
2. Experience in working with cross functional teams.
3. Experience in managing multi-faceted content delivery.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate and mentor team members.
